ESL Katowice begint met twee groepen van zes teams. De nummer één van elke groep gaat direct door naar de halve finale. De tweede en derde plek gaan door naar de kwartfinale.
In de kwartfinales en halve finales worden best-of-three’s gespeeld. In de finale wordt een best-of-five gespeeld.
